Bogdan Vodă, the Romanian composer, conductor and professor, has been born on the 16th of March 1972.
His compositions (chamber, concert and symphonic works) and his conducting career have been enriched with musical tours in France, The United Kingdom, Spain, Turkey, Sweden, Slovakia, Poland and The United States of America.
Bogdan’s passion for music extends from research (at the Institute for Science and Education) and music production to education and helping the young musicians in their own careers. He is currently a Doctor in Philosophy (PhD) of Music and associate professor at the National University of Music in Bucharest with 20 years of experience in teaching undegraduate and graduate students courses such as Composition, Harmony and Orchestration. Furthermore, 16 years have passed since his high school teaching career began at the “George Enescu” Music College.
